When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and order details. We also receive payment confirmation data. Credit and debit card payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Interac e-Transfers are handled through your bank. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Our site uses cookies and browser local storage to keep your cart, remember your age verification, and, when enabled, measure site traffic through analytics. You can clear or block these in your browser settings, though parts of the site such as the cart may not work without them.

Email List

If you join our email list through the subscription popup, we use your email to send offers and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and we will remove you promptly.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process orders, confirm payment, arrange shipping, provide tracking, respond to support requests, and, with your consent, send marketing emails. Order records are retained as long as needed for fulfillment, support, and standard record-keeping, then handled securely.

Your privacy extends to your doorstep. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or the store.

This site is for adults of legal smoking age only. You must be 19 or older to use this site (18 in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the legal age.
